Don't like writing review, however I will try here. Love working with Teresa. She is dedicating 100% if not more in the time she has with me. Her positivity is infectious and I admire that. As part of a growth accelerator program via NEL, I had the pleasure of working with Teresa. I'm an experienced coach myself, so I'll be honest, it takes me a lot to open up to fellow coaches because so many are reliant upon set exercises and follow templates with little consideration for individuality or current circumstances of those they're working with. This is not Teresa's approach, though she has those skills if you prefer more structure. I was provided with a safe space which allowed me freedom of thought, and the time I needed to work through external to business issues that were affecting my capacity to move forward within my business. She's easy to talk to and intuitive to your needs. I'm glad I was part of the NEL growth accelerator, because I now feel like I'm where I need to be right now.

I’ve worked with Teresa on a few occasions now. She conducted a DISC profile of me which was very enlightening especially as she followed up with ideas of how I would utilise it in my line of work.
